In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 84 read with sub-clause (iv) of clause (g) of Section 2 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (No 16 of 2016), the Governor of Assam made the following rules for the State of Assam, namely, the Assam Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2Ol7. Filing an appeal

Form C for filing an appeal under Section 44 to the Appellate Tribunal can be found on the official website of the Assam RERA. E-filing of an appeal can be done by logging in and the appeal so filed can be tracked too.
