In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 read with cub-clause (iv) of clause (g) of section 2 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016) and in suppression of this department’s notification published in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette dated 22nd October, 2016, the State Government  made rules that will be called the Madhya Pradesh Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017

E-filing

E-filing follows a process of selecting the application type- Appeal, Caveat, Restoration, Review petition, Miscellaneous. The appellant, respondent and Advocate details must be provided. The necessary appeal details and the necessary uploads need to be made and followed by the final payment.

Cause lists

Cause lists are published on a daily basis. CASES FOR MISCELLANEOUS NATURE/CAVEAT/UNREGISTERED/MJC, CASES FOR MOTION HEARING/RPL/RJD/APPLICATION and CASES FOR FINAL HEARING are given under separate headings.

Case information

Upon entering case type as an appeal, caveat or miscellaneous, entering the year and the case number, the status of the case can be obtained.
