Ankita is a second-year law student at the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences. She has had an incredibly enlightening experience working as a Student Research Associate for DAKSH. Specifically, her role involves contributing to the Justice Definitions Project, where she has had the opportunity to work on multiple terms for its wiki page. She has worked on several terms such as Witness, Witness Protection, Consumer Courts, Lok Adalats, Transfer Petitions, Legal Services Authorities, Prosecution and Perjury. Each term not only deepened her legal insights but also contributed to the broader goal of making legal knowledge more accessible and understandable for everyone. Working with the Justice Definitions Project has been a valuable journey, blending academic rigour with practical insights, and she looks forward to continuing this enriching experience.
